NEUTRAL-WHITE FLOODLIGHT FOR CLOSE-RANGE VISIBILITY

The HM70R also includes two neutral-white floodlight levels for a wider field of view at closer distances. This broader beam is useful when organizing equipment, hiking, cooking, setting camp, following sign, or handling tasks where a concentrated long-range beam is unnecessary.

RED LIGHT AND EIGHT LIGHTING MODES

Eight total lighting modes cover four spotlight brightness levels, two neutral-white floodlight levels, red illumination, and a flashing red/SOS function. The red mode is useful for close-range tasks when you want to preserve more of your dark-adapted vision than a bright white beam would allow.

21700 RECHARGEABLE POWER

The included ARB-L21-5000 rechargeable 21700 lithium-ion battery provides the capacity needed for extended outings. Charging is handled directly through the headlamp's hidden USB Type-C port, with a normal full charge taking approximately four hours when the light is switched off and used with an appropriate power source.

The HM70R can also use a compatible Fenix ARB-L18 Series 18650 battery when paired with the Fenix ALF-18 battery holder. Fenix specifically states that ARB-L21-6000 and ARB-L21-6000B batteries are not compatible with this headlamp.

BUILT FOR ROUGH WEATHER AND FIELD USE

An IP68 dustproof and waterproof rating helps protect the HM70R in rain, mud, snow, and demanding outdoor conditions. The headlamp is also impact resistant to 2 meters, while a lockout function helps prevent accidental activation inside a pack or gear bag.
